In APB you've got hundreds of cities where you can do your stuff, getting the bad guys, steal some TV's or just drive arround in you fancy car.
The latest news on the servers is that in one server 100 people are allowed to join. Why? Well, see the server as a city. So you got hundreds of servers and each server is a (other?) city where only 100 people are allowed to get in. Hopefully it get's autobalanced so you got 50 Criminals and 50 Cops (Enforcement).

The city itself is verry detailed. There are subways, bridges, stores to steal tv's from and many other things.
But APB is not all about stealing and getting the bad guys. You can create your own gang and own a part of a city. But it can be taken from you by other gangs. So it is getting as much territory as you can get and protect them.

So "let the turf war begin..."
